I have spent many years as an athlete - my main elite level experience came at a young age. I played for Crystal Palace FC Academy for 10 years, earning a full time scholarship at 16 years old.
After not gaining a professional contract, I moved to the USA and played NCAA D1 Soccer; which is the highest level of amateur sports in the United States
I then moved back to the UK and currently play semi-pro football, while also training in Muay Thai
I know what it takes to push the boundaries - I have played with some of the best athletes and I have been coached by some of the best strength coaches
With all my experience, and knowledge I have helped people lose weight, get 10x stronger and improve their athletic ability.
